Dentals / Annual / Comprehensive appointments.:

In order to book an appointment to see our veterinarian you will need to call us at 250.580.2322.  We do not currently require a deposit to book an appointment, but we will need a card on file.  There is a $50 fee that is charged for missing your appointment.  The exam fee for a veterinarian visit is listed on our website under prices and payable at the time of the appointment.

Spay/Neuter Surgery:

Thank you for choosing to book with us. We require a $100 deposit to book an appointment. This money will go towards the cost of your surgery with the balance owing on the day of your appointment. The deposit is not refundable if you do not attend your appointment or cancel/reschedule last minute. (You need to provide us with 48 hours notice of a change or cancellation to receive a refund).

There are a few ways to pay the deposit and secure an appointment.

1. Click on the link above.  Select your time/date and enter your details.  The system will collect the deposit automatically
2. Call the clinic at 250-580-2322 if you need help.  We will collect the deposit over the phone using a credit/debit card and book your appointment.
3. Etransfer the deposit to info@harvourvet.ca ($100 per cat) and then follow up with an email regarding the day you want to book.  If we do not have enough room to accommodate you on the date you choose we will email you back with alternate dates to choose from.
4. Come to the clinic in person to pay your deposit and book your appointment.

Also, be aware that we are located at 811 Bay Street in Victoria, BC. We will not be coming to your location to perform surgery. For more information review our FAQ’s.
