At Harbour Veterinary Clinic, we believe every pet deserves access to essential veterinary care. Through our partnership with the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee (IBKC), eligible clients can receive financial assistance toward the cost of spay or neuter surgery for their cat or dog.

This program is funded entirely by community donations and made available to pet owners who meet low-income criteria — helping reduce unwanted litters and supporting the health of pets and families in our community.
